A blend of core in house engineering skill sets and an engineering facility, managed specialist sub contractor services and 24/7 facilities support helpdesk allow for a quality driven total facilities management service delivered in a time efficient manner. Facilities managers can deal directly with the source of the services being provided.

M&E Services

HVAC – Heating, Ventilation & Air conditioning services to maintain comfortable environmental conditions

Plumbing –Plumbing services for all plant room system pumps, pressurisation units and pipework systems through to washroom and sanitaryware plumbing

Gas – Gas Boiler and gas distribution system services and annual certifications

Lighting – Standard lighting, emergency lighting, external high and low level estate & car park lighting maintenance and replacement services

Water Hygiene –Domestic water system services including inspections, testing and sampling and disinfections where required for statutory compliance

Electrical – Electrical distribution equipment visual inspections, Annual Thermal surveys, 5 year fixed wire tests (EICR) and PAT testing.

Fire Services – Bell Testing, Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Alarm Monitoring and Fire Extiguishers for statutory compliance

Drainage – Estate drainage maintenance, vaccuum tanker services and services to estate foul and storm pump stations

BMS – Building management systems, Building automated controls and motor control panels service, calibrations and repairs

CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm & Intercom – Site security assets maintained

A maintenance scheme in line with industry standards implemented to satisfy statutory obligations, manufacturer recommendations and to improve the building services operation and efficiency. M&E Support

ReaderAir provides contract customers with a 24/7 helpdesk service for reactive works to provide building services support to clients ensuring that urgent response and breakdown call outs are attended to in a prompt and efficient manner. Those clients who do not use there own on-line system will be provided with a Reader Air on-line client portal login to access essential site documents, certificates and reports when required.
